Full Time Supervisor - Ar Rahnu Express Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in HABIB Group Selangor - Maukerja

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operations, customer service, and team development? We're looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations, drive team performance, and ensure operational excellence while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations, including customer service, cashiering, and administrative work.
• Support the Branch Manager in managing branch activities and take charge of the branch in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Ensure all branch activities follow company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily cash handling, including float preparation, cash reconciliation, and proper handling of pledged items.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure all branch items and records are properly maintained.
• Ensure the branch follows security and safety procedures to protect company assets and employees.
• Guide, coach, and motivate branch staff to perform well and work together as a team.
• Monitor branch sales performance and support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and submit branch operational and performance reports to Management.
• Assist in company campaigns, promotions, auction activities, and other business activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification with 3–5 years of experience in retail, financial services, or branch operations, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, stock control, and branch operational procedures.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with good numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based reporting systems.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively under pressure while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and asset security.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
