Full Time SALES SUPPORT ADMIN EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in PRO TRADE ADVANCE SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

We are a Shah Alam-based company located in Bukit Rimau / Kota Kemuning, with over 15 years of experience in supplying scientific equipment, laboratory consumables, industrial gases, and general trading products.

Our customer base comprises established Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), including TNB and Air Selangor, as well as public universities, research centres, hospitals, and laboratories.

We are currently seeking motivated and experienced candidates to join our team. Attractive commission packages will be offered on top of the basic salary for the successful candidates.

Available Position:

SALES SUPPORT ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Age between 26–35 years old.
• Candidate must have at least Diploma/Degree.
• Able to understand and work with product specifications, brands, models and part numbers.
• Good command of English, especially reading and writing.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, Web Browsing and Internet Research.
• Possess own transportation and valid driving licence.
• Good communication skills, pleasant personality, and able to work independently.
• Bumiputera candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform product and price sourcing from local and overseas suppliers based on customer requirements.
• Source products according to required specifications, brands, models and part numbers.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations to secure competitive pricing.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and providing prompt support.
• Prepare and issue quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate and arrange the delivery of goods and business documents when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Basic Salary: RM 2,500 + Attractive Commission
EPF/SOCSO/Medical Claim Provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
