- Reporting to the Head of Business Unit.
- Leading a team of <5 managers.
- ASEAN market coverage.
Key responsibilities
- To achieve given revenue and commercial targets.
- Develop and implement commercial strategy , i.e. market expansion, new product launches and innovation, go-to-market.
- Strengthen relationships with key account.
- Develop the sales team.
skills and experience required
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience within the specialty ingredients space.
- Proven capability of managing regional markets and leading a sales team.
- Commercial savvy, strong influencing skill and strategic thinking.
