Job Description

We are looking for a confident and proactive IRO to approach prospective clients, promote the company’s services and support marketing activities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, networking and direct visits.
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Present the company’s services and understand client needs.
• Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate and work towards closing business deals.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Record client contacts, meetings, enquiries and follow-up actions.
• Travel as required for client visits, meetings and company activities.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts and publish relevant content.
• Respond to social media enquiries and identify potential leads.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase company visibility and attract clients.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in sales, business development, client relations or marketing is an advantage.
• Confident in approaching clients and conducting meetings.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Willing to travel for client visits and meetings.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
