A Wellness & Beauty Company seeks a dedicated Assistant Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Reporting Function

This role reports directly to the Supervisor.

Job Description

• Deliver consistent, professional beauty & foot reflexology services.
• Maintain and uphold the highest standards of service.
• Assist in providing training to the new and existing staff for service quality.
• Assist in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the facilities, treatment rooms, and all other areas within the outlet.
• Assist in preparation of necessary treatment products and manage the replenishment of stock, including towels and other supplies.
• Assist in addressing customer inquiries and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
• Follow and implement the instructions provided by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Possession of an ITEC, WSQ certificate, or equivalent massage certification is preferable.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Commitment to a 6-day work week.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
