Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily airfreight operations, including cargo bookings and airline capacity reservations.
Monitor booking activities and ensure customers receive timely booking confirmations.
Coordinate with airlines, warehouses, carriers, customs, and customers on shipment requirements.
Ensure accurate booking records, shipment updates, and operational documentation.
Monitor shipment progress and address delays or operational issues.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure enquiries are handled professionally.
Coordinate with the Billing Team on shipment records and invoicing requirements.
Guide team members and support daily operational planning.
Assist the Manager in improving work processes and service standards.
Carry out other duties as assigned.
