Full Time Associate Consultant - Consultant, Technology Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a recruiter who is keen to work on live Technology search mandates and build their own candidate network and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support search mandates across the full cycle, from research, mapping and headhunting to screening, interview coordination and offer management.

• Identify, approach and engage passive technology professionals through direct sourcing, networking and referrals.

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and prepare polished shortlists and candidate briefs.

• Build market intelligence on talent, compensation and hiring trends in Technology.

• Develop your own client relationships and business development pipeline over time.

• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s database.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, executive search or research (agency or in-house).

• Strong interest in Technology; exposure to software, data, cloud or cybersecurity hiring is an advantage.

• A proactive and resilient approach, comfortable with direct headhunting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

• Ambition to progress into a full 360-degree role, owning both client business development and candidate delivery.
