Manage daily badminton centre operations and sports training schedules. Lead and supervise staff, plan work rosters and coordinate coaches, court bookings and customer enquiries. Maintain service standards, facility cleanliness and equipment readiness. Monitor operating costs, supplies and records, handle feedback and resolve operational issues. Support training programmes and promotional activities while maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff. Diploma with at least two years of relevant experience; good leadership, communication and organisational skills.
