Human Resources Manager - Tech Giant

A tech giant is building a new enterprise tech business from the ground up, and we’re hiring Business Partners to build the team behind it. You’d be at the forefront, shaping processes and policies, handling the full employee lifecycle, and advising on the competitive talent market.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across multiple functions and seniority levels to deliver strategies, advise on workforce planning, and build processes and policies
• Support talent acquisition, full employee life cycle, and track key people metrics
• Take on people initiatives that will contribute to long-term improvements for the firm to compete in the competitive tech market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business-related field
• More than 5 years of HRBP or HR Generalist
• Strong 0 → 1 execution and mindset
• Experience in enterprise tech and cloud talent landscape preferred
