Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Have a minimum of 3–5 years of working experience in E-Commerce or online retail.
- Proficient in online marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and digital advertising.
- Proficient in using computers and relevant software, including e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Lazada, Shopee) and web analytics tools.
- Experienced in managing inventory, orders, and logistics for e-commerce platforms.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance customer engagement across various digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize product listings, content, and merchandising on the company's e-commerce website and third-party marketplaces.
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Plan and implement online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the e-commerce landscape.
- Manage inventory levels and fulfillment processes to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, for senior management.
