Salary: SGD $3,000–$4,000 (5-day work week) / $3,500–$4,500 (6-day work week), depending on experience and skills

Part-time hourly: $25 per hour (5.5 hours weekday, 9 hours weekend)

The KADA Lifestyle Collective is our curated retail concept showcasing distinctive local and international brands across fashion, accessories, beauty, lifestyle, art and design.

We are looking for a resourceful, creative and hands-on Lifestyle Collective & Projects Executive to manage day-to-day retail operations, develop engaging social media content and support KADA's wider marketing, events and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lifestyle Collective Operations

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing, customer service, sales transactions and merchandising.

Maintain attractive product displays and a welcoming shopping environment.

Coordinate with participating brands on product deliveries, inventory, replenishment and promotions.

Track sales, inventory and basic retail performance reports.

Support in-store promotions, brand launches and customer engagement activities.

2. Social Media & Content Creation

Create engaging content for KADA's social media channels, particularly Instagram and TikTok.

Develop posts, Reels, short-form videos, photography and promotional materials featuring brands, products and events.

Assist with content planning, scheduling and community engagement.

Identify creative ways to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and footfall.

Support digital marketing campaigns and collaborations with brands, influencers and partners.

3. Events & Special Projects

Assist in planning, coordinating and executing KADA's events, pop-ups, brand activations and community initiatives.

Support marketing, business development and other special projects undertaken by KADA Ventures.

Liaise with tenants, vendors, creative partners and other stakeholders.

Undertake research, coordination and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, Communications or a related discipline preferred.

Experience in lifestyle retail, social media, marketing, events or project coordination is advantageous.

Strong interest in fashion, design, lifestyle, wellness and emerging brands.

Good eye for aesthetics, visual merchandising and content creation.

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok and basic photography or video editing.

Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working independently, multitasking and taking initiative.

Positive, customer-oriented attitude and willingness to be hands-on.

Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong creative portfolio are welcome.

Working Arrangements

5-day or 6-day work week, depending on agreed arrangements. Part-timers may be considered too.

Working hours aligned with the Lifestyle Collective's operating schedule.

Weekend availability required, with flexibility for events and special projects.
