• Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with children including those with developmental delays, sensory challenges and behavioral challenges.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential.

• Ability to drive and willingness to travel between clinics in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Have full working rights in Malaysia or hold a valid working visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess children’s physical, cognitive, and sensory skills to develop individualized therapy plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance children's daily living skills, sensory processing, motor skills, and behavioral challenges.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and achieve therapy goals.

• Provide guidance and support to families on how to reinforce therapy goals and activities at home.

• Monitor and document the progress of each child, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary care plans.
