Anniks is hiring Manual Aesthetic Therapists. We welcome beauticians, body therapists, massage therapists, Tuina practitioners and meridian care therapists.

We specialise in hands-on facial contour and body posture care, focusing on precise techniques, customer experience and personalised service. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to develop beyond familiar treatment routines, we’d love to meet you.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in beauty, body treatments, massage, Tuina, meridian care or related services.

• Is interested in manual aesthetics, facial contour and body posture care, and willing to learn new techniques and service procedures.

• Works carefully, adjusts pressure according to customer feedback, and prioritises comfort and safety.

• Enjoys talking with customers, understanding their needs and building trust through professional service.

• Can communicate in Mandarin.

• Is responsible, attentive to hygiene and a good team player.

• Holds a relevant SKM qualification, beauty and body care certificate or massage certificate—an advantage.

You don’t need to know our techniques from day one. We value the skills and experience you’ve already built.

• Provide hands-on treatments: Deliver facial contour and body posture care according to Anniks’ operating standards.

• Understand customer needs: Discuss areas of concern, treatment goals, pressure preferences and relevant health information before each session to check service suitability.

• Build lasting customer relationships: Record treatment notes and feedback, and coordinate follow-ups with the team to provide attentive, consistent service.

• Keep developing your skills: Participate in technical practice, team discussions and service reviews to improve your techniques and customer communication.

• Support outlet operations: Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules and customer reception with the team to keep services running smoothly.
