Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, a good understanding of machine learning algorithms, and experience working with real-world datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models for business applications.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Build and optimize ML algorithms using appropriate frameworks and libraries.
- Work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or NLP solutions where applicable.
- Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Develop APIs and integrate AI/ML models into existing applications.
- Monitor deployed models and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Experience with data processing and analysis using Pandas and NumPy.
- Understanding of statistics, probability, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL and data handling.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and model deployment.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker, Git, and ML deployment or MLOps practices.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
