Full Time Quality Control Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Perfect Concrete Industries Selangor - Maukerja

Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Concrete technology or a related discipline.

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in concrete QAQC, preferably in ready-mixed concrete manufacturing.

Experience managing quality activities a cross multiple batching plants is strongly preferred.

Good knowledge of concrete mix design, material testing, cube strength testing and concrete troubleshooting.

Familiar with relevant Malaysian Standards, applicable MS EN standards, CIDB and ISO 9001 quality Management requirements.

Strongly leadership, analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.

Monitor testing data entry for generate the reports and statistical analysis.

Attend the customer complaints or site meeting related to the quality issues and update the status. Make arrangement for in-situ test if required.

Monitor the concrete compressive strength performance.

Support the plant personnel to attend the trial mixes.

Monitor for Quality Control and statistical analysis for product conformity and improvement.

Monitor any Research and Development (R & D) conducted for the concrete mix designs.

Monitor the concrete compressive strength performance against adjustment of cement content.

Review raw materials quality, suppliers and design concrete mixes to meet customer requirements.
