About the role:

I'm currently supporting a partner in hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and help enterprise customers improve system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents across cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve system issues.
• Review infrastructure architecture and recommend improvements to system performance, availability, and recovery readiness.
• Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-sharing resources.
• Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure optimization and migration projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Computing, DevOps, or IT Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, operating systems, networking, and technical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience with databases, containerization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and scripting or automation.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers and resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, or Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant cloud certifications.
• Experience with cloud migration, infrastructure optimization, and incident management.
