Conduct monthly stocktakes and investigate inventory discrepancies and redemption losses to ensure stock accuracy.

Prepare and process monthly payment vouchers.

Execute redemption product planning, including product selection, sourcing, ordering, reordering, stock transfers, and delivery coordination to ensure timely availability and minimize out-of-stock (OOS) situations.

Develop and maintain redemption product operational guidelines, pricing, displays, PLU setup, and store communications.

Monitor redemption product performance through reports, analyze trends, and implement improvement actions to optimize sales and inventory turnover.

Prepare, maintain, and update redemption catalogs and product information.

Provide operational support by responding promptly to store and operations inquiries regarding redemption products.

Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory movements with logistics partners, including Hitachi, and manage inventory transactions through the ATRG web portal.

Assist in monitoring redemption inventory budgets, including game materials, and ensure cost control measures are followed.

Identify and propose new suppliers and product opportunities to expand merchandise variety and enhance customer satisfaction.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trending products, merchandising strategies, and display best practices, providing actionable recommendations to management.

Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as directed by management, including initiatives from the holding company in Japan.
