Full Time Sales Consultant - Vehicle Financing Jobs, in X Star Technology Malaysia WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, preferably Diploma/Degree in any relevant field

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, auto financing, banking or related industry (experience in hire purchase is an advantage)

Understanding of automotive financing structure, credit processes and regulatory environment is an added advantage.

Strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills

Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets

Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, innovative, agile and results-focused

Develop and execute strategies to grow the hire purchase portfolio and achieve assigned disbursement targets

Identify, acquire and manage relationships with car dealers, agents and ecosystem partners

Identify market gaps, competitive movements and growth opportunities within the automotive financing sector

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product positioning and channel performance

Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments and competitor activities to ensure market competitiveness

Conduct market research to build actionable industry intelligence

Prepare periodic management reports on portfolio performance, pipeline, market insights and regulatory updates

Perform any other duties as assigned by management
