Full Time LIAISON - ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in HRSB HOLDINGS SDN BHD Melaka - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:-

LIAISON:

• Responsible to liaison Government policy & Private Sector.
• Liaise with several levels of authorities during the pre-submission, submission, and approval stages of the land acquisition process.
• Responsible for foreign workers management.
• Assist all the immigration and administration related work for foreign workers
• Responsible for application and renewal of work permit.
• Prepare foreign worker employment contract and conduct employee boarding, including passports administration, hostel registration, and related foreign workers welfare.
• Responsible for managing and updating foreign workers profile and information within the foreign worker master file.
• Manage the hostel administration and work with hostel warden to ensure hostel condition meets the “Guidelines for Standard Minimum Housing for Foreign Workers”.
• Able to monitor and plan the headcount for foreign workers to meet company labour requirements.

ADMINISTRATIVE :

• Budgeting & Cost Control.
• Office & Building Maintenance.
• Transport Administration.
• Office Support & Setup (Project Phase).
• Building Certification of Completion and Compliance (Project Phase).

Job Requirement:-

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field.
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Administration or equivalent.
• Able to start work immediately is preferred

HRSB was incorporated on 15th November 2001. With technical support from both in-house and HRSB reliable partners, HRSB has acquired expertise in Project Management, Plant Maintenance, Turnaround Works, EPCC, Scaffolding Services & Training. HRSB management staff and key project direct/indirect supervisory personnel have over 5,000,000 man-hours of experience in oil & gas and petrochemical industry. In addition, based on current set-up & scope, for certain bigger projects, HRSB has been proven to be able to deploy manpower of up to 300 staff of multi-discipline crews for its plant maintenance, turnaround and EPCC projects. Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
