Internship For Sales & Marketing Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,200 in Aktive Tech Solutions Selangor - Maukerja

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in handling customer enquiries.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.

• Organised and detail-oriented with good follow-up and time-management skills.

• Able to coordinate multiple customer orders and projects simultaneously.

• Willing to learn sales, account management, order fulfilment, and basic business administration.

Sales & Client Management (50%)

• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp Business, email, website, and social media within 15 minutes

• Identify client needs — product type, quantity, design specifications, timeline, and budget

• Provide accurate quotations and recommend suitable products

• Follow up proactively with leads to close deals

• Manage client accounts from quotation through to delivery as the primary point of contact

• Issue and manage invoices using Bukku accounting software

• Track all leads in a spreadsheet with source attribution, status, and follow-up dates

Project & Order Management (30%)

• Coordinate with the design team on client briefs and design requirements

• Manage the client approval process — present mockups, handle revisions, obtain sign off

• Oversee order fulfilment, ensuring correct files are routed to the appropriate production facility (heat press, embroidery, digital/offset press)

• Monitor project timelines and proactively flag delays

• Conduct quality checks on completed orders — verify quantity, print quality, and packaging

• Arrange local and cross-border (Singapore) delivery to clients

Marketing & Admin Support (20%)

• Publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

• Monitor advertising campaign performance and escalate anomalies

• Support business administration — vendor bill entry and payment tracking in Bukku

• Identify new marketing opportunities and client acquisition channels

Hands-on experience in sales, client management, marketing, and project coordination.
Internship allowance of up to RM1200 per month for Degree students and RM600 per month for Diploma students.
