Prepare authentic Karnataka and Bangalore-style dishes while managing daily kitchen operations to maintain quality, hygiene, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Execute daily food preparation and cooking tasks to support smooth kitchen operations
Maintain consistent taste, quality, and portion control to ensure customer satisfaction
Apply proper food hygiene, storage, and kitchen cleanliness practices to comply with safety standards
Minimize food wastage by efficiently managing ingredients and kitchen resources
Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and safe kitchen environment
Adapt to shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs
Required competencies and certifications
Good knowledge of Karnataka and Bangalore cuisine
Experience preparing dosa, idli, vada, rice dishes, curries, chutneys, and sambar
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Teamwork skills combined with strong hygiene and food safety practices
