• Minimum Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, logistics or manufacturing will have an added advantage.

• Good understanding of purchasing processes, inventory management and material control.

• Able to coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers and internal departments.

• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with good organisational and record-keeping skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work according to production requirements.

• Able to maintain accurate documentation and ensure inventory records are properly updated.

Production Procurement Assistant Responsible‬‭ for‬‭ overseeing‬‭ the‬‭ department‬‭ purchasing‬‭ and‬‭ storage‬‭ operations‬‭ including‬ procurement,‬‭ material‬‭ and‬‭ supplies‬‭ stocking,‬‭ inventory‬‭ control,‬‭ record‬‭ keeping‬‭ and‬‭ logistic‬

• Collaborate with the Purchasing Executive to manage purchasing processes, inventory‬ control, and material stocking.‬

• ‭Oversee logistics operations and ensure timely delivery of materials.‬

• ‭Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, including performance reviews and pricing‬ negotiations.‬

• Manage purchase orders, monitor shipping schedules, and ensure materials meet‬ specifications upon receipt.‬
  Ensure sufficient resources and materials are available to meet production needs.‬

• Verify that inventory records match physical stock, and report discrepancies.‬

• Maintain and organize records of machine tooling, reporting any damage or loss.‬

• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and archiving of procurement and inventory records.

• Handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as required to ensure the smooth operation of‬ production procurement activities.‬
