  • Help translate PSA’s business priorities, global network strengths, operational excellence, innovation, sustainability and people stories into relevant narratives for stakeholders.
  • Support Group Corporate Affairs in maintaining consistency of PSA’s corporate voice, visual identity and messaging across business units, regions and communication platforms.
  • Apply AI, data and digital tools practically and responsibly to improve content quality, workflow efficiency, media/social insights and communications impact.
  • Contribute to stakeholder confidence in PSA by supporting professional media engagement, corporate visits, port tours, employee communications and events.

PSA Corporate Narrative, Messaging and Reputation

  • Support the development of corporate messages that explain PSA’s role in enabling global trade, strengthening supply chains and operating world-class port ecosystems.
  • Prepare and refine communications materials such as press releases, media statements, holding lines, FAQs, speeches, leadership messages, talking points, background notes and issue briefs.
  • Help adapt Group-level narratives for different audiences, including employees, media, customers, partners, government-linked stakeholders, communities and visitors.
  • Monitor developments in the ports, shipping, logistics, trade, sustainability, technology and supply chain sectors, and flag potential reputational risks or story opportunities.
  • Contribute to communications for major corporate milestones, business updates, awards, sustainability/innovation initiatives and cross-regional stories.

Media Engagement and Issues Support

  • Coordinate media queries, interview requests and follow-ups, ensuring alignment with approved messages and timely clearance with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain media lists, enquiry logs, coverage trackers and stakeholder records to support continuity and responsiveness.
  • Assist in daily or periodic media monitoring, including coverage of PSA, competitors, customers, ports, maritime issues, regulatory developments and broader trade-related topics.
  • Support the preparation of briefing notes for spokespersons and senior leaders ahead of interviews, visits, conferences or media engagements.
  • Assist in issues management by consolidating facts, drafting holding statements and supporting internal coordination when sensitive or fast-moving matters arise.

Social Media, Digital Content and Storytelling

  • Plan, draft and curate content for PSA’s corporate social media and digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice, corporate positioning and communications priorities.
  • Develop engaging content formats such as posts, captions, short videos, reels, infographics, photo stories, employee features, port stories and event highlights.
  • Work with regions, business units and functions to surface stories that showcase PSA’s operations, people, safety, innovation, sustainability, partnerships and community contributions.
  • Maintain content calendars and publishing workflows, and ensure digital assets are reviewed for accuracy, confidentiality, brand consistency and appropriate approvals.
  • Track social media performance, audience engagement and content trends, and recommend improvements to reach, relevance and impact.

AI, Data and Communications insights for PSA

  • Use AI tools to support communications work such as first-draft content development, message refinement, summarisation of long materials, translation support, research synthesis and content repurposing, with appropriate human judgement and review.
  • Apply data tools to analyse media coverage, social media metrics, campaign results, employee feedback, event engagement, stakeholder questions and recurring communication themes.
  • Develop simple dashboards, trackers or reports to make communications performance more visible and actionable for Group Corporate Affairs and management.
  • Build and maintain reusable prompt libraries, content templates, tone-of-voice guides, FAQs and workflow checklists that reflect PSA’s corporate language, brand standards and approval requirements.
  • Identify repetitive communications processes that can be streamlined through AI, automation or data-enabled workflows, while preserving accuracy, confidentiality and accountability.
  • Support responsible AI and data practices, including source verification, personal data protection, confidentiality, review of AI-generated output, and appropriate use of internal information.

Brand Governance, Corporate Identity and Content Standards

  • Ensure the consistent application of PSA’s corporate identity across communications materials, presentations, digital content, websites, signage, collateral and event materials.
  • Assist with checks on logo usage, naming conventions, visual consistency, tone of voice, image selection, document classification and other brand or information governance requirements.
  • Coordinate with business units, terminals, subsidiaries or joint ventures where Group Corporate Affairs review or guidance is required for PSA-branded materials.
  • Maintain templates, approved descriptions, boilerplates, image libraries, presentation materials and communications references for efficient and consistent use by the team.
  • Help ensure that communications materials are accurate, professional and aligned with PSA’s reputation as a trusted, global and future-ready organisation.

Events, Port Tours and Stakeholder Visits

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, employee engagement activities, stakeholder sessions, media briefings, leadership visits and port tours.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as invitee management, programme flow, run sheets, presentation materials, briefing notes, photography requirements, vendor liaison and post-event follow-up.
  • Help host visitors professionally and communicate PSA’s key messages in a clear and engaging manner during port tours or stakeholder visits.
  • Prepare event communications, including invitations, announcements, welcome notes, talking points, presentation content, social media posts and post-event write-ups.

Team Support, Administration and Cross Functional Coordination

  • Provide coordination and administrative support for Group Corporate Affairs, including scheduling, documentation, budget tracking, procurement/vendor coordination and records management where required.
  • Maintain organised archives of communications materials, approvals, media records, event materials, images, videos and templates.
  • Work collaboratively with regions, business units and Corporate Centre functions to gather inputs and deliver communications outputs accurately and on time.
  • Support ad hoc projects and broader department priorities, with flexibility to contribute beyond the core communications portfolio when required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, AI or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, media relations, social media, digital communications, public relations, marketing communications or stakeholder communications.
  • Experience in sectors such as maritime, ports, logistics, transport, infrastructure, supply chain, technology, sustainability or other B2B/complex operating environments would be advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience using AI, data analytics or digital tools to support content development, reporting, workflow improvement, audience insights or communications measurement.
  • Experience supporting media engagement, social media management, corporate events, site visits, stakeholder communications and/or issues management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools; familiarity with media monitoring, social listening, dashboarding, design, video editing or content management tools would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong writing, editing and proofreading skills. Fluency in a second language would be an advantage, given PSA’s global footprint
