Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Previous experience in administration, warehouse, logistics, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physically fit and comfortable performing packing, lifting, and stock-handling tasks.

Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, or inventory systems) is an added advantage.

Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (preferred).

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong team player.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Service team.

Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming goods to ensure stock accuracy.

Pack, label, and prepare products for customer orders and outbound shipments.

Coordinate daily local deliveries and courier arrangements to ensure timely dispatch.

Maintain an organized warehouse by managing inventory, stock movement, and storage.

Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory control activities.

Assist with urgent local deliveries to customers when required.

Ensure the warehouse and work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.

Carry out other administrative or operational duties assigned by management from time to time.
