Education: Minimum SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (IMMEDIATE vacancy).

Sales & Target Driven: Proven ability to cross-sell, up-sell, and achieve individual and team sales KPIs and targets.

Communication Skills: Excellent persuasive communication, phone etiquette, and customer relationship management skills.

Core Competencies: Strong issue-resolution capability, attention to detail in processing orders and updating database records, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with enquiries and provide product or service information.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and timely communication.

Promote, cross-sell, and up-sell products or services to achieve sales targets.

Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and issues promptly while delivering excellent customer service.

Process customer orders, applications, and service requests accurately and efficiently.

Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales performance, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
