You find the buyers. We handle delivery, and our founder flies in to close larger deals. Oo La Lab is an experiential fragrance house with studios in Singapore, Bangkok and Dubai. We run hosted fragrance workshops for teams and clients, where each guest blends their own perfume and takes it home. We also sell Frequency, a collection of seven fragrances built around themes such as Grounding, Serenity and Energy, as gifts and as on-site sessions for teams. Our Kuala Lumpur team is small, so this role has real reach. You bring in the deals and we deliver them. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (client meetings across the city) Job type: Part-time, with the option to extend to full-time Pay: RM 1,800-2,400 monthly retainer, plus commission of up to 15% on cash collected Hours: around 15-20 hours a week What you will do - Build your own target list of corporate, hospitality and wellness accounts in Kuala Lumpur and the wider Klang Valley - Reach decision-makers in HR, events, gifting, hotels, spas and studios - Pursue corporate workshops, gifting orders, Frequency partnerships and venue pop-ups - Log every lead in our CRM the same day - Join a 20-minute pipeline call each week You are - Based in Malaysia with the right to work here - Someone with a network in HR, corporate events, hospitality or wellness, and a track record of sourcing and closing your own deals - Comfortable with cold outreach and with hearing no - Self-directed.
