Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of professional AV solutions. This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth and attractive commission earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively sourcing for new business opportunities.
• Identify customer requirements and propose suitable AV products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and update sales activities.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence (owning a vehicle is a major plus)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Candidates with B2B sales experience will have an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AV, IT, electronics, or related industries.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is an advantage for client visits and sales activities.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Other Information

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Remuneration: Basic Salary + Sales Commission

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
