Responsibilities
Position Purpose
Drive the growth and adoption of eShipping across Asia Pacific while developing strategic opportunities in premium beverage logistics and events logistics. The role combines business development, customer management and subject matter expertise to support Hillebrand Gori's position as the preferred logistics partner for high-value, time-critical and complex beverage shipments.
APAC eShipping Support & Business Development (50%)
Lead the development and expansion of eShipping across Asia Pacific by supporting country implementation, customer acquisition and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strategic customer relationships within the Fine & Rare segment while acting as a regional subject matter expert for premium and complex beverage logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the development and coordination of event logistics opportunities across Asia Pacific, positioning Hillebrand Gori as the preferred logistics partner for beverage industry events.

APAC eShipping Support & Business Development (50%)
Lead the development and expansion of eShipping across Asia Pacific by supporting country implementation, customer acquisition and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption, growth and commercial performance of eShipping across APAC.
- Support country rollouts, implementation plans and go-to-market activities.
- Train, coach and support country sales teams in the promotion and use of eShipping solutions.
- Act as the main liaison between APAC and the global eShipping organization.
- Gather customer insights, market feedback and product enhancement opportunities to support continuous improvement.
- Share best practices and support the operational maturity of emerging eShipping markets.
- Contribute to global eShipping strategic initiatives designed to improve scalability, standardization and operational efficiency across the network.
- Support the development of centralized support structures and processes to facilitate sustainable growth.
Develop and manage strategic customer relationships within the Fine & Rare segment while acting as a regional subject matter expert for premium and complex beverage logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document the portfolio of strategic accounts within the first 60 days, per APAC country.
- Prepare an account plan for every selected customer, including baseline revenue, opportunity pipeline, and next actions.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with priority accounts.
- Develop at least three standardized solution propositions for recurring Fine & Rare customers.
Own the development and coordination of event logistics opportunities across Asia Pacific, positioning Hillebrand Gori as the preferred logistics partner for beverage industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain an APAC events pipeline with opportunity value, probability, owner, and next milestone.
- Identify priority events and organizers
- Produce a standard event qualification checklist, pricing approach, operating playbook, and post-event review template.
- Lead a target number of qualified bids and event executions annually.
- Proven success in driving strategic eShipping and Customer Relations within Fine & Rare Segments across Asia Pacific
- Experience in Beer, Wine & Spirits logistics is essential
- Tertiary education in business management or relevant specializations
- Possess strong technical and specialized skills in the logistics industry
- Interact with different people easily, motivating and developing them to excel in their sales activities
