A construction project coordinator

manages day-to-day project operations, documentation, scheduling, and communication between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep builds on track

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule & Tracking: Monitor project milestones, update timelines, and track work fronts.
• Communication: Act as a central point of contact, organize meetings, write minutes of meetings (MoM), and share updates with stakeholders.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily logs, statutory approvals, site reports, and compliance records.
• Resource & Vendor Coordination: Track material orders, manage equipment/manpower allocations, and follow up on vendor invoices.
• Risk & Issue Support: Flag potential site delays or budget discrepancies early and escalate them to the Project Manager.
