Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field

Good written and verbal communication skills, with a good eye for detail

Creative, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks

Familiar with social media platforms

Experience with design or video tools such as Canva would be an advantage

Comfortable using Microsoft Office

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Plan, create and publish content on AKC's online channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, Xiaohongshu and the company website

Write and design posts, announcements and promotional content for courses and company updates

Produce visuals, short videos and e-flyers using tools such as Canva

Prepare and send course updates and promotions through email and EDM

Keep the website, course listings and online materials accurate and up to date

Reply to online messages and enquiries and pass leads to the relevant teams

Track post performance and engagement, and share regular updates with the team

Keep AKC's tone, look and messaging consistent across all channels

Support company events, campaigns and promotions

Assist with other communications and administrative duties as required
