Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Perform quantity take-offs to accurately measure materials and work scope for project cost control
Assess subcontractors' claims and prepare interim payment applications and variation orders to ensure accurate financial tracking
Competent in analysing quotations/prices/rates,build-up rates and perform pricing
Competent in performing contract administration including but not limiting to valuation of payments and variations claims in accordance to contract requirements
Execute additional duties assigned by management to support project and company objectives
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of working experience,preferably in the construction industry
Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, proactivity, teamwork, and meeting tight deadlines
