Role Overview

Design clear, usable interfaces and purposeful motion for business systems, dashboards and digital applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand user needs, business processes and project requirements with stakeholders and developers.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs for systems and dashboards.
• Design tables, forms, filters, charts, navigation and interface states that make complex information easy to use.
• Build and maintain reusable components, design guidelines and responsive layouts across screen sizes.
• Create micro-interactions, loading animations, transitions and motion assets that support usability.
• Conduct basic user research and usability reviews, then refine designs using feedback.
• Prepare design specifications and assets for developer handoff and review implemented interfaces for consistency.
• Balance accessibility, brand consistency and performance when designing interfaces and animations.

Requirements and Skills

• Diploma or degree in UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Interactive Media, Web Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience and a portfolio showing interface design, interaction and motion work.
• Proficiency in Figma or an equivalent tool for prototyping, components and design systems.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar motion tools; familiarity with Lottie is an advantage.
• Understanding of user-centred design, responsive behaviour, visual hierarchy and accessible interaction.
• Ability to explain design decisions, collaborate with developers and manage project deadlines.

Experience with data-heavy systems, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, website customisation or AI-assisted design is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
