Source candidates and post attractive job advertisements
Screen resumes and conduct interviews
Build relationships with clients and candidates
Develop new business opportunities and manage client accounts
Coordinate interviews and follow up on placements
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven
Interested in recruitment, HR and sales
Able to work independently and in a team
Recruitment or sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome!
