Full Time Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Automation Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,600 in ACCUSYS PTE. LTD. Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to take ownership of mechanical design activities for customised automation equipment. The successful candidate will lead mechanical design development, coordinate technical activities with other engineering disciplines and support projects through fabrication, machine assembly, testing and customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design for customised automation systems.
• Develop machine concepts, layouts, mechanisms and detailed assemblies.
• Review customer specifications and translate requirements into practical designs.
• Prepare and review 3D models, manufacturing drawings and BOMs.
• Review component selection and mechanical design calculations.
• Guide junior engineers and provide technical design support.
• Conduct internal design reviews and customer design presentations.
• Coordinate closely with control, electrical, production and project teams.
• Resolve mechanical issues during fabrication, assembly and commissioning.
• Identify design improvements to improve reliability, manufacturability and cost.
• Support project schedules, customer buy-off and final project delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Relevant mechanical-design experience in industrial automation or customised machinery.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.
• Good understanding of machine mechanisms, manufacturing processes, tolerances and component selection.
• Able to independently manage mechanical-design activities.
• Experience mentoring engineers or coordinating engineering work is advantageous.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,600.00 per month
