Full Time Project Manager (Building Maintenance - A-A) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Manage building renovation, A&A and facilities upgrading projects from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders on project requirements, work schedules and site execution.
• Oversee tendering, RFQs, contractor evaluation, variation orders, progress claims and contract documentation.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality standards and safety compliance to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, procurement, cost assessments, manpower and resources to ensure works are completed within approved timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years in project management, particularly building works, renovation and A&A projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, work scheduling, quality control and safety requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, coordinate contractors and resolve site issues.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
