Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and ensure accurate employee attendance and salary information.
  • Handle statutory contributions and deductions, including EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS, and PCB.
  • Monitor and assist in the renewal of foreign workers’ work permits and other related immigration documents.
  • Monitor FOMEMA medical examination status and ensure timely completion of required medical examinations.
  • Monitor foreign workers’ passport expiry dates and coordinate passport renewal arrangements.
  • Monitor and assist in the renewal of foreign employees’ CIDB registration cards and other relevant certifications.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
