Full Time WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in Sydney Cake House Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.

Ensure all incoming and outgoing stocks are properly checked, recorded and documented.

Monitor warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Maintain proper storage arrangements and ensure warehouse cleanliness and organisation.

Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.

Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.

Investigate stock discrepancies, damages, shortages and expiry issues.

Staff Supervision

Lead, supervise and assign daily tasks to warehouse personnel.

Monitor staff attendance, discipline and work performance.

Ensure sufficient manpower allocation to meet operational requirements.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily and monthly warehouse reports.

Maintain accurate records of stock movement, receiving and delivery.

Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity and operational performance.

Report any operational issues to the Warehouse Manager.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene and food handling requirements.

Ensure proper handling and storage of food products and raw materials.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow company SOPs.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.

At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control.

Experience using inventory management systems or ERP systems.

Strong leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
