Responsibilities
Working hours:
Mon – Fri & Sat (Half day) [5.5 days]
Mon to Fri 12pm to 9pm
Sat 12pm to 4pm
Job Description:
Oversaw end-to-end air import and export operations, ensuring shipments were processed accurately and delivered within scheduled timelines.
Prepared, reviewed, and processed House Air Waybills (HAWB), Master Air Waybills (MAWB), manifests, billing documents, cost entries, shipment tracking records, and pre-alert documentation for overseas agents.
Coordinated closely with customers, airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and overseas offices to facilitate seamless cargo movement.
Monitored shipment progress and proactively managed delivery schedules to meet customer expectations and agreed service levels.
Ensured full compliance with customer requirements, company standard operating procedures (SOPs), airline regulations, customs requirements, and international freight forwarding standards.
Maintained accurate shipment records and updated freight management systems to support operational efficiency and shipment visibility.
Processed cargo bookings, declarations, and documentation submissions to airlines, carriers, and co-loaders in a timely and accurate manner.
Identified and implemented process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency, service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Partnered with internal teams and external stakeholders to investigate shipment issues, resolve discrepancies, and minimize operational delays.
Performed additional operational and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
