Full Time F-B Senior Operation Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in A Bite Of China Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the overall operations of multiple outlets to ensure business objectives and operational targets are achieved.
• Establish, implement, and review operational strategies, policies, and SOPs to ensure consistency across all outlets.
• Oversee outlet performance, monitor operational KPIs, and implement improvement plans to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Manage relationships with outlets and ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and business requirements.
• Oversee the planning and execution of new store openings, ensuring all operational requirements are properly coordinated and managed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective communication, resource allocation, and smooth business operations.
• Manage and resolve major operational issues, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Review operational reports, analyze business performance, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency, service quality, and overall business performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in operations management, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Experience in managing multiple outlets and leading operational teams.
• Strong leadership, management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of F&B operations and SOP implementation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between outlets and possession of own transport.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
