Key Responsibilities

• Create & Design — Bring ideas to life through visuals and content for employer branding, recruitment campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
• Plan & Experience — Be part of planning and executing events, from external engagements to internal celebrations.
• Connect & Collaborate — Work alongside our HR and Creative teams, with opportunities to collaborate across our portfolio of 200+ iconic brands, to turn ideas into meaningful experiences.
• Discover & Grow — Get involved in special projects and explore how creativity, culture and talent attraction come together.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Key Requirements

• An enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn and explore new ideas.
• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• A creative mindset with an interest in visual storytelling and content creation.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar design tools.
• An interest in working with people and exploring event planning and coordination.
