About the Internship

Nongfu Spring (NFS) is one of the world’s leading packaged drinking water and beverage brands. In 2026 we brought Cha π and East Leaf, brewed with real tea leaves, to Southeast Asia, and we are building a young, energetic team to grow them.

This 6-month internship puts you at the centre of how we connect with students. As part of our founding cohort, you’ll work with our Brand, Trade Marketing and Sales teams and our agency partners to plan, run and improve our campus program.

What You’ll Do: Three Roles in One Internship

1.Shape the Model: Programme Co-Designer

• Co-create and execute campus engagement activities with the Brand and Trade Marketing teams and our agency partners.
• Support planning, execution and on-ground logistics, making sure every activity feels authentic to students.
• Test ideas, measure results, and present your recommendations to the leadership team.

2.Drive the Movement: Community Builder

• Create brand experiences that get students talking and sharing.
• Partner with student clubs and societies to build shared experiences.
• Drive social media conversations on and off campus: create authentic content, spark trends and grow our student community online.
• Bring back student insights on trends and preferences.

3.Be the Face: Campus Ambassador

• Represent NFS at campus events and student activities.
• Build a community of brand fans and student creators.
• Be the bridge between students and our team.

Beyond campus, you’ll get hands-on exposure to how an FMCG business runs. Brand planning, agency management, trade marketing, retail execution and performance tracking.

Who You Are

• An undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• A connector. Active in student clubs, societies or campus events.
• Creative and curious, with ideas and the drive to make them happen.
• Confident in front of a crowd and behind a camera.
• Mature, self-driven and organised; you take ownership without waiting to be told.
• Strong communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
