Assist in managing customer service and logistics coordination for co-loading operations.

Oversee daily cargo bookings and airline capacity arrangements.

Ensure customers receive accurate information on airline products and shipment requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth shipment handling.

Monitor shipment status, resolve customer issues, and ensure timely communication.

Maintain accurate booking information and support billing and invoicing processes.

Guide team members in handling customer enquiries and operational tasks.

Support the Manager in monitoring service quality and improving operational efficiency.

Perform other duties as assigned.
