Full Time SALES MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in HENG LIAN ENTERPRISE BERHAD Sarawak - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Ensure the showroom is professionally presented at all times.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, properly displayed and ready for customer viewing.
• Organise and manage sales activities during roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events.

Prepare Sales Advisors for roadshow and event activities.

• Develop action plans to achieve vehicle sales targets.
• Monitor sales pipeline, booking, registration and delivery progress.
• Develop strategies to improve showroom conversion and closing rates.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for Dealer Principal / Management.
• Forecast future sales performance based on leads, bookings, market demand and inventory.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance against targets.
• Lead, motivate and manage the Sales Consultant team.
• Set clear individual KPIs and sales expectations.
• Monitor individual Sales Consultant activity, including calls, appointments, follow-ups, test drives and closing.
• Coach Sales Consultants on prospecting, negotiation, objection handling and closing techniques.
• Ensure Sales Consultants can confidently conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
• Keep the team updated on new models, facelifts, promotions, campaigns and product changes.
• Take corrective action when individual Sales Consultants are consistently underperforming.
• Ensure all walk-in, telephone, online, social media and campaign leads are properly recorded.
• Monitor lead response time and follow-up performance.
• Work closely with the Marketing Department to improve lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales.
• At least 2 years in a Sales Supervisor / Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Team Leader position.
• Experience in a franchised automotive dealership is strongly preferred.
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management or related field.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented and professional personality.
• Strong coaching and mentoring ability, able to manage underperforming employees professionally.
• Good conflict-resolution skills.

Working Day & Hour

• Monday - Saturday
• 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• Abell Road, Kuching

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
