Our client, a globally recognised consumer brand, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end order fulfilment and drive operational excellence across multiple channels from their Kuala Lumpur base.

The Role

Owning Supply Chain operations end-to-end, you'll keep product flowing seamlessly across every sales channel.

• Oversee accurate and timely order fulfilment across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels
• Work alongside 3PL providers to deliver efficient outbound logistics and high service standards
• Drive performance insights through order book reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis
• Lead process optimisation initiatives and maintain current SOPs across all channels and markets
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving activities to keep logistics spend within target
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align and streamline end-to-end supply chain processes

What We're Looking For

A commercially minded supply chain leader with the drive to deliver.

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business Administration
• At least eight years of experience in order management or supply chain, preferably within retail, FMCG, or consumer goods
• Experience managing multi-channel operations across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain management tools
• Knowledge of regional customs regulations, trade compliance, and free trade agreements
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
