Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site workers
Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on schedule
Inspect construction work to ensure quality standards are met
Identify and resolve technical and site-related problems
Prepare site progress reports and construction documents
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and building regulations
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Relevant experience in building construction or site engineering
Knowledge of construction methods, materials and site procedures
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
Able to work on construction sites and meet project deadlines
