Monday - Thursday (8:30am-6pm); Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

$2,760/month
About the role
Support the smooth delivery of training programmes and daily learning operations. Ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, administration and working with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Coordinate training schedules, class administration and trainer assignments
Provide admin and logistics support for trainers and learners
Track learner attendance, participation and assignment completion on LMS
Consolidate learner feedback, surveys and training reports
Update training materials, slides, templates and digital assets
Support website content updates and migration
Administer learning platforms such as Google Classroom
Support adjunct trainers with documentation and course coordination
Maintain accurate records and programme documentation
Assist with general office administration and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Education, Training, Marketing, Communications or a related field
Experience in training administration, course coordination or office administration is an advantage
Strong organisation, coordination and communication skills
Familiar with LMS (e.g. Google Classroom)
Website content management experience is a plus
Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team
