Responsibilities
Location: MBS/Ion
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday
Retail Hours: Min commitment - 2-3 weeks days 1-2 weekend
Contract Duration: 1 month (December)
Salary: up to $15/hr
Job Responsibility:
Customer Service: Greeting, assisting, and advising customers on products, as well as handling returns and complaints.
Merchandising & Stock Management: Receiving, unpacking, and organizing new deliveries, restocking shelves, and maintaining inventory records.
Store Maintenance: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety on the shop floor, including organizing display areas.
Promotional Activities: Promoting special offers, upselling products, and setting up promotional displays.
Requirements:
Friendly and customer-oriented personality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle cash and operate POS systems
Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
