What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field
• Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition preferred
• Exposure to employee engagement, HR benefits and performance management
• Confident communicating with employees, hiring managers and management
• Able to manage HR responsibilities independently
• Organised, proactive, resourceful and people-oriented
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or social media content is an advantage

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing and screening to onboarding
• Work with hiring managers on manpower requirements and recruitment priorities
• Build candidate pipelines and monitor hiring progress

People Culture & Employee Engagement

• Organise team-building activities, celebrations and engagement initiatives
• Gather employee feedback and improve workplace experiences
• Promote a positive and collaborative working environment

HR Operations & Performance

• Coordinate employee benefits, welfare programmes and HR documentation
• Support employee enquiries and improve HR processes
• Track employee KPIs, performance appraisals and development needs

Employer Branding & Growth

• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
• Create employee-related content that showcases workplace culture
• Explore ways to strengthen the company's visibility among potential candidates
