Job Description
We are looking for HR Assistant and he/she will be responsible for full spectrum of HR and administration functions and assist on finance matters related to HR.
Responsible for recruitment and interview scheduling etc.
Preparation of monthly payroll calculation, CPF contribution, leave tracking, staff claims, and handle all employee welfare in according to company policies.
Course arrangement for staff.
Preparation of offer letters.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly payroll reports and reporting to HQ.
Preparation and submission of IR21 and relevant statutory requirement forms.
Levy waiver application.
Maintaining confidentiality at all times to support the smooth running of department.
To perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
Diploma in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good understanding of HR Principles, Practices and labor laws.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Office Suite
