Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Astro-related products and services to potential customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Recommend suitable products or services based on customers’ needs.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into sales.
• Assist customers with registration, account setup, and related processes where applicable.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through online platforms, messaging applications, or other assigned sales channels.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
